Seed calibration

The sorting of seed is done by a seed calibration installation. The seed calibration installation consists of multiple calibration machines. The machines are provided with a double sieve frame. Every sieve frame is suitable for a calibration plate measuring 1200 x 1000 mm. Because the frame is adjustable in height, multiple machines can be placed in one calibration line. By this way multiple calibrations can be done at the same time. The seed calibration machine is suitable for almost every kind of seed, pelleted or unpelleted. The capacity is strongly depending on the type of seed, but thanks to the adjustable vibration frequency the capacity for every type of seed is possibly optimised. When mechanical dust suction during calibration is desired, the calibration machine can be adapted optionally. Seed can be collected in special dose- or storage boxes.
